Lodging & Reservation Policies

Holidays, special events and in-season weekends require a two-day minimum stay. 

Check in is at 3 pm and checkout is at 11 am.  Arrangements to check in or checkout earlier or later may be made for an  additional charge.

Each room has either one King bed or one Queen bed and rates are based upon double occupancy.  Inquire about a 3rd person occupancy. 

We welcome children but children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times. The decks are high and not child proof. The child(ren) may stay in the room with the parents or an adjoining room can be purchased at a reduced rate, excluding holiday weekends. There is a $35.00 charge per child per night to cover food and linens. A rollaway is available on the lower floor for additional charge.  Although we do not provide childcare, we have movies and activities that the child may use.

We are a smoke free environment. Smoking is allowed outside and on the deck in front of your room.  There is a $300 cleaning fee for smoking in the room.

We accept all major credit/debit cards or cash but do not accept personal checks.  On-line payments also may be made through Paypal.

We require a deposit of 1/2 the total of the room reservation at booking.  We give a full refund for cancellations 15 days or more before your stay. If the reservation is cancelled 14 days or less before your stay no refund is given but the deposit may be applied to a new reservation made within 3 months of the original reservation date.  Please call the innkeeper directly for cancellations and/or rebooking.

Guests are responsible for missing or damaged furnishings and/or room contents.
